A scan identified the wrong card.

Retake the photo in even light with the whole card in frame, or search the card by name and number and add it manually. You can correct the set, number and printing before saving.

A value is missing or looks off.

Values are estimates from public market data and may lag the live market. AI-estimated values are labelled as estimates; tap the value to see where it came from and refresh it.

How do I use Rareform in ChatGPT?

Add the Rareform app in ChatGPT, then describe or photograph a card and the seller's asking price. Rareform identifies the exact printing, shows a labelled raw or graded market value, and suggests an opening offer, target range and walk-away price. Pricing works without an account; link your Rareform account only if you want ChatGPT to search your collection, save cards or log deals.

Disconnect ChatGPT from my account.

Sign in on the web, open Support and choose Disconnect ChatGPT, or remove the Rareform app in ChatGPT's settings. Disconnecting revokes access immediately and does not delete your collection.

Delete my account and data.

Open Profile in the iPhone app or on the web and choose Delete account. Deletion removes your collection, photos, listings and sign-in, and cannot be undone.

Report a listing or block a user.

Use the report action on any listing or profile. Blocked users cannot interact with your listings; you can manage them from Support after signing in.

Report a copyright problem.

Copyright owners can send a DMCA notice without an account using the copyright form (https://ecstatic-altruistic-cron.replit.app/copyright) or by emailing brandon@boydintel.com. Signed-in users can choose "Copyright" when reporting a listing or profile. If your own material was removed by mistake, the same form takes counter-notices.
